Customer-initiated Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience. You may submit cancellation requests by reaching out to our customer support team via email or phone.
Refunds for cancellations will be administered as per the following guidelines:
- Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion date.
The reimbursement process will utilize the initial payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Excursion Provider-initiated Cancellation:
In the rare circumstance that we must cancel an excursion due to unforeseen events, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient participant numbers, we will promptly notify you.
In such instances, you will have the choice to reschedule the excursion for an alternative date or receive a complete refund. Refunds, processed within 2 business days, will be returned through the original payment method.

For adjustments to your booking, such as rescheduling or altering participant numbers, please get in touch with our customer support team.
